Shipping Policy

All The Shotgun Sally Trading Co. goodies are shipped with love via USPS and UPS. Once you’ve spent that hard-earned money, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Those goodies will ship out following your purchase. Do note, US Domestic shipping can take between 2-10 business days depending on what magical place your goodies are headed to. We will always do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

International Shipping: Shipping is finally available worldwide via USPS International Shipping.

USPS International Mail – Flat Rate Shipping, and arrives in approx. 2 weeks. Note International orders are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and customs.

Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods vary depending on the country. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.


RETURN Policy

Due to the exclusive and limited-production nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Now, if your item is lost during shipping, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, a replacement item will be offered at the discretion of The Shotgun Sally Trading Co. Please email us with any questions regarding your order.

We cannot replace items for misuse, general wear and tear, faulty application, or improper care.
